“My internship experiences” by School of Hospitality & Tourism

Internship placement is essential for students who are studying for the Diploma in Hotel Management course. They are required to complete a 4 month internship in an international recognized hotel. An internship known as professional learning experiences, offers meaningful and practical work related to their field of studies. During the internship, students will be able to explore new skills as well as experiences along the way. These experiences can only be obtained through the real working environment.

The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically impacted the hospitality industry in 2020. However, internationally recognized hotels still offered our Diploma students to proceed and undergo their internship placement in their facility. Let us hear the experiences from our students and the feedback they have from the industry.
