The Little Eco Warriors of SEGi College Subang Jaya organised a tree-planting event with the Klang City Council Majlis Perbandaran Klang, at Bandar Botanic Park, Klang, on 31 July 2022.
Thirty students from Diploma in Early Childhood Education and volunteers from the city council took part in this corporate social responsibility to plant trees. The event was officiated by YB Dr Gunaraj George from the Sentosa State Assembly Community Service Centre, who also spent the morning joining the team to plant 50 trees and clean up the park.
The project Plant Love and Let it Grow is an initiative by SEGi College Subang Jaya’s Little Eco Warriors with the objectives of giving back to Mother Nature and creating awareness about the importance of trees in the community.
