SEGi Subang Jaya held an inspiring Mental Health Awareness Month session titled Stress to Self-Mastery: Dr Joe Dispenza’s Science-Based Mind-Heart Training, led by Lee Geok Hwee, a HeartMath Certified Trainer and advanced student of Dr Joe Dispenza’s programmes.
The session introduced students to science-backed methods that connect the mind and heart, showing how emotional regulation, breathing techniques, and focused intention can reduce stress and improve overall well-being. With the World Health Organization reporting that one in seven youths faces a mental health condition, students found these practical tools highly relevant to their daily lives and academic pressures.
Held at the Level 6 Auditorium, the atmosphere was engaging and supportive as participants explored how neuroscience-based healing can positively shape their thoughts, emotions, and resilience. Many shared that the session equipped them with new strategies to manage stress more confidently.
This event is organised in support of the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG):
SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being
