SEGi Diploma students to work on Mamee’s brand image and customer engagement

Another fantastic project began on 25 January 2022. SEGi College began a collaboration with Mamee Malaysia to allow our diploma students to generate fresh ideas to enhance the brand image and customer engagement of the Mamee subsidiary brand, Daebak. This follows our successful collaborations with SONY, realme, TT Racing, U Mobile and Glamz Hotel in 2021.

This year, Mamee Malaysia will provide a platform for our SEGi College diploma students to apply the knowledge learnt from the Digital and Service Marketing module to provide new strategies to promote Daebak, the instant Korean style cooking sauce.

We were very honoured to have Ms Jennifer Chee, the Assistant Director of Food Service, Mamee Malaysia, provide the project briefing to all the eighty-five participants of the project from SEGi College Kuala Lumpur, SEGi College Penang, and SEGi College Subang Jaya through the online and physical platforms.

Besides that, Chef Faizul Hazli, the Executive Chef of Food Service, Mamee Malaysia, also demonstrated the techniques of cooking with the Daebak sauces. In order for the students to become familiar with the Daebak products, all the students who attended the briefing physically were invited for the food tasting. All students are impressed with the taste and surprised at how convenient it is to cook with the Daebak sauces
