The day commenced with an invigorating ice-breaking session, fostering a vibrant exchange between the students and seasoned professionals at KUPIKUPI.FM. Under the guidance of Gideon Jute, Programme Manager at the station, students delved into the intricacies of radio journalism, gaining invaluable insights into its multifaceted operations.
A highlight of the excursion was the students’ immersion in live studio sessions, where they donned the mantle of deejays. This immersive experience provided them with a firsthand understanding of content creation, technical management, and the pulse-pounding rhythm of radio production.
Reflecting on the trip, Nabillah Rafidah, Programme Leader from SEGi’s Faculty of Communication, Design, and Information Technology, hailed its transformative impact.
