Students from SEGi College Sarawak’s Faculty of Hospitality recently took a practical class by visiting The Waterfront Hotel Kuching to enhance their understanding of the subject of Housekeeping Management and to learn the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the hotel.
After a briefing and introduction by the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager, the students were shown the correct way to clean the guestroom and bathroom. Later, they were shown a vacant guestroom which had been properly cleaned according to the hotels standards.
This visit is an example of SEGi College’s effort to continuously deliver the best education possible to our students by providing industrial hands-on learning for our students in collaboration with our many industry partners.
