The Leo Club of SEGi College Sarawak took part in the Region 1 Leo Clubs Joint Installation FY2022-2023 on 18 September 2022 at Baitumal Hall from 10.00 am – 2.00 pm.
Seventeen Leo Clubs (Alpha and Omega) and a total of four hundred people made up of principals, college representatives, the Lions Cabinet and members, Leo Advisors, faculty advisors, and Leo members participated in the ceremony, including the District Governor 308-A2, Kapitan Connie Loh Ming Hua of the Lions Club of Sibu Dudong.
Our sponsoring Lions Clubs of Kota Sentosa District Chairperson, Youth Camp/Youth Exchange (Sarawak), Kapitan Chong Nam Fah and SEGi Leo Advisor Lion Mike Wong were also present, as was Rudy Ujang, Programme Leader of the Faculty of Business and Accounting, on behalf of our SEGi Principal, Dr Susie Lau Meng Ching.
The SEGi Leo Club installed three new members and three key officers, namely, Leo Cheryline Chung Zhi Yi (President), Leo Cheryln Ho Kuan Yuen (Secretary), and Leo Lee Jun Sheng (Vice Treasurer), who represented Leo Chloe’ Ng Syn Yee. A student, Leo Yeo Xin Jie, played the Meditation de Thais on the piano. The joint installation ceremony adjourned at noon.
