On 11 December 2022 (Sunday), 4 representative Leos from SEGi College Sarawak have took part in the Lions Club of Kota Sentosa for Annual Food Fair 2022 at Lions Nursing Home from 8am – 12pm.
The event was officiated by Kota Sentosa assemblyman YB Wilfred Yap (on behalf of Deputy Premier Datuk Seri Dr Sim Kui Hian), Lions Nursing Home chairwoman Datin Ellis Suriyati Omar and Organising Chairperson Irene Pui.
The public are very supportive and purchased variety of foods and beverages prepared on the day of the event. There were 80 stalls being set up in the venue. We set up a stall selling sandwiches, kolo-mee, roasted chickens, soya bean, coconuts, banana, etc. The annual food fair aimed to raise funds for the operation costs of running the Lions Nursing Home.
YB Wilfred Yap and Datin Ellis Suriyati Omar have visited our stall, motivated us for immense contribution, and awarded us the certificate of appreciation.
