Application and Admission Process

The following procedures are to be adhered to when applying for a programme with SEGi. This would help to ensure that your application is processed without delay.

Make Enquiry

Option 1 – Visit our campuses today

Walk-in for a one-to-one counselling on programmes and for career advice or request for a tour of the campus. Application forms and programme brochures can be obtained from our experience and friendly counsellors.

If you’re school leavers after SPM/ STPM/ A Levels/ SAM/ CPU or equivalent, you’re advised to bring your certificates and transcripts along so we can efficiently advise according to your results.

Visit us for a personalised counseling session at any of our campuses. Our counselors are available at:

SEGi College Penang 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Closed (unless stated otherwise)

 

Option 2 – Obtain SEGi Prospectus by Mail/E-mail

You may request for a SEGi Prospectus and Application Form to be mailed/ emailed to you by calling or emailing us at [email protected].

In your email, please indicate:

  • Your highest academic qualification
  • Programme(s) that interests you
  • Your full name
  • Your contact number (optional, for verification purposes only)
  • Your mailing address
  • Soft copy or hard copy of prospectus preferred

A prospectus and application form will be mailed to you within TWO weeks or emailed to you within a week.

Submit Your Application

Please print out the Application Form, complete all sections clearly in BLOCK LETTERS, and submit it with the following:

  • To register, please make payment of RM500 for all courses by cheque/money order/bank in
  • 2 recent passport-sized photographs (4cm X 5.5cm) with name and IC number written on the reverse side
  • A certified true copy of actual/ forecast/trial examination results
  • An updated resume (for MBA programme applications only)
  • Other supporting documents for your application (if any)

Application Fee

Registration fee may be made by cheque/money order or bank draft payable to “SEGI COLLEGE (PG) SDN BHD”. Please write the student name, IC number, course, semester intake and contact number at the reverse side of the cheque, money order or bank draft.
