With the Diploma in Early Childhood Education as the minimum requirement for those working in kindergartens, the discerning practitioner will want to stand out in the crowd. The BA (hons) Early Years Education (3+0) Degree programme is awarded by The University of Greenwich. It is designed with employability in mind and the degree is a practical programme which require students to be in placement at least twice a week.

This Degree will give you an understanding of the core values of the early years workforce and you will learn about cognition, health and wellbeing, review practice and policy, as well as the importance of encouraging a child’s development in partnership with their family.

The ultimate goal of this degree is to develop agents of change, confident in leading the workforce to create a better future for the next generation.
