SEGi College Kuala Lumpur continues to demonstrate its commitment to nurturing tomorrow’s leaders through its collaboration with the Agensi Anti Dadah Kebangsaan (AADK). Recently, SEGi was invited to participate in AADK’s Tomorrow’s Leader Programme on 2 March 2024, at the Kompleks Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN WPKL).
This initiative brought together students from the School of Business and Accountancy (SOBA), semester 2 part-time programme, under the guidance of Nelly Sharina Abdul Karim.
The programme, aimed at developing leadership skills among students, saw active participation in various activities, including interactive workshops and team-building exercises. Students engaged in discussions on effective communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution, fostering a culture of innovation and problem-solving.
SEGi students had the opportunity to network with peers from other prestigious colleges, such as Aswara, IJN College, and KLMUC, enhancing their connections within the industry. Additionally, students were offered mentorship opportunities with AADK staff, providing invaluable insights into anti-drug initiatives and community outreach.
The success of the Tomorrow’s Leader Programme underscores SEGi’s dedication to providing holistic education experiences that go beyond the classroom. Through initiatives like these, SEGi equips students with practical skills and fosters a spirit of collaboration and leadership, setting them up for success in their future careers.
