SEGi College Kuala Lumpur’s students are snatched up

Two students from SEGi College Kuala Lumpur’s Bachelor of Science in Computing programme received full-time time work offers from the companies in which they did their internships.

Siew Mun Kit will be a Junior Front-End Developer at Sweetmag Solution (M) Sdn Bhd, while Lim Rong Dong will join Zino Sales and Services Sdn Bhd. Both students have successfully completed their studies in the Bachelor of Science in Computing.

An internship is a compulsory module for the programme Bachelor of Science in Computing in collaboration with the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. In this module, students commit to a semester to work and gain experience in managing workflows. An internship’s primary importance is exposing students to the industry’s working environment, allowing them to understand the theories learned. Upon completing the internship, students will be assessed through their reports and presentations.

The internship experience is an invaluable experience for students. SEGi congratulates all our students and wishes them the best of luck in finding new and exciting opportunities.
