SEGi College Kuala Lumpur held its very first School of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences (SONAHS) Open Day, organised by Programme Leaders, Jayatheswary Parnealsivam (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) and Pritharshini Palanisamy (Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health).
The open day aimed to provide future students with an overview and first-hand experience of SEGi College Kuala Lumpur’s campus, academic programmes, and, most importantly, our laboratory facilities to help potential students make informed decisions about their educational journey.
It was also a platform for students from the Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DIMLT) and Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (DIOSH) to showcase their interactive laboratory practical and demonstrations. The students engaged in lively discussions with the lecturers, gaining valuable insights into the curriculum, and teaching methodologies. Guided tours led by our enthusiastic student representatives offered insights into various departments, highlighting the conducive, interactive, and inclusive learning environment.
A crucial aspect of the college open day was the opportunity for attendees to interact with current students.
