SEGi KL Monthly Bazaar June 2026 Successfully Connects Students, SEGi Alumni, Entrepreneurs and Local Businesses

SEGi College Kuala Lumpur, 30 June 2026 – The SEGi KL Monthly Bazaar June 2026 successfully transformed the Main Building Lobby of SEGi College Kuala Lumpur into a vibrant marketplace, bringing together students, SEGi Alumni, entrepreneurs, and local businesses in a celebration of entrepreneurship, collaboration, and community engagement.

Organised by the Student Experience Office (SEO) in collaboration with the Student Representative Council (SRC) 2026/2027, the bazaar provided a valuable platform for businesses and entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services while engaging directly with the SEGi community.

The event featured a diverse lineup of vendors offering food, beverages, desserts, baked goods, lifestyle products, and specialty items. Throughout the day, students and staff had the opportunity to explore a variety of booths, support local businesses, and discover products from both emerging and established entrepreneurs.

A key objective of the SEGi KL Monthly Bazaar is to foster entrepreneurship and create meaningful connections between students, SEGi Alumni, local businesses, and the wider community. The initiative provides students with exposure to real-world business operations, marketing strategies, customer engagement, and entrepreneurial practices beyond the classroom environment.

One of the highlights of the June edition was the participation of the SRC’s own fundraising booth, SRC Bomboclat Bakery, where student leaders sold a range of baked goods and beverages. The initiative served not only as a fundraising effort but also as a hands-on learning experience in business management, teamwork, marketing, and customer service. Proceeds generated from the booth will contribute towards supporting future student-led projects and activities organised by the SRC.

The bazaar also served as a networking platform, enabling students to interact with entrepreneurs and SEGi Alumni who have ventured into business. These interactions provided valuable insights into entrepreneurship, innovation, and career development while encouraging students to explore their own entrepreneurial aspirations.

The positive response from vendors, students, staff, and visitors reflects the growing interest in entrepreneurship and community engagement within SEGi College Kuala Lumpur. The event successfully demonstrated how educational institutions can create opportunities that bridge academic learning with practical industry experiences.

As part of SEGi College Kuala Lumpur’s commitment to holistic student development, the Monthly Bazaar will continue to be organised as a recurring initiative, providing ongoing opportunities for students, SEGi Alumni, entrepreneurs, and local businesses to connect, collaborate, and grow together.

SEGi College Kuala Lumpur extends its sincere appreciation to all participating vendors, students, staff members, visitors, and organising committee members whose support and contribution made the SEGi KL Monthly Bazaar June 2026 a successful and memorable event.
