Zuzana Arvin, the Group’s Global Head of Recruitment, shared valuable insights into the airline’s customer service practices and the importance of exceptional service in creating a memorable travel experience. Sharon Gurmesh Singh, Senior Manager at the Customer Happiness Department, provided a fascinating glimpse into the incorporation of technology in modern air travel and how it enhances overall customer satisfaction.
