SEGi College is thrilled to announce that two students from the Faculty of Creative Arts and Design participated in and won prizes in the Celsius Poster Designing Competition. Saidatul Elmy from the Diploma in Graphic Design won second place, while Khoo Loke Yiu from the Diploma in Creative Multimedia won fifth place.
The Celsius Poster Designing Competition is a contest hosted by Celsius Malaysia (an energy drink company) where participants created Chinese New Year posters for the company, featuring the energy drink. The competition was held online, allowing participants to submit their designs. The most popular designs were the winners.
Mr Roslan Othman, Head of the Faculty of Creative Arts and Design of SEGi College, is very proud of our students and happy to see that their designs are well received by the public. This is evidence of the strength of our students’ creativity. The Faculty always encourages students to enter competitions as the creative industry is such a competitive one, and to be able to stand out by winning awards and recognitions from well-known brands is a great achievement indeed. Over the years we’ve seen many of our students and alumni win many local and international awards.
