{"id":22877,"date":"2026-03-20T15:03:23","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T07:03:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/colleges.segi.edu.my\/subangjaya\/?p=22877"},"modified":"2026-04-30T18:18:53","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T10:18:53","slug":"music-jam-session-hits-the-right-note","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/colleges.segi.edu.my\/subangjaya\/music-jam-session-hits-the-right-note\/","title":{"rendered":"MUSIC JAM SESSION HITS THE RIGHT NOTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"325\"><strong data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"325\">TURNS UP THE VOLUME<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"108\" data-end=\"342\">A little music, a little chaos, and a lot of good energy filled the Student Lounge at Level 1, SEGi College Subang Jaya on 19 March 2026, as students gathered for a lively <strong data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"301\">Music Jam Session<\/strong> under the <strong data-start=\"312\" data-end=\"333\">Music as Business<\/strong> project.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"344\" data-end=\"704\">Held from 1pm to 3pm, the student led session featured guest band <strong data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"424\">Furzkanone<\/strong>, a multi genre band that set the tone for an easygoing afternoon of live music and shared moments. More than just a performance, the session invited students to join in too, whether by singing, picking up an instrument, or simply enjoying the vibe with friends over refreshments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"1115\">What made the event work was its openness. Music students and students from other programmes came together in the same space, creating a relaxed setting where creativity felt natural and everyone could be part of the experience. Even with the Hari Raya break just around the corner and many students already heading back to their hometowns, the session still managed to bring a warm pre Raya spirit to campus.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1323\">More than a casual gathering, the event reflected what student initiative can look like when creativity meets community.
