The classroom at SEGi College Subang Jaya<\/strong> recently became the backdrop for something bigger than a typical lecture.<\/p>\n

Mr Yii Kah Hoe, Senior Lecturer and Composer<\/strong>, was featured by TV Sarawak<\/strong> for its upcoming six episode magazine series Beyond Borders<\/em>, which highlights inspiring Sarawakians making their mark across Malaysia.<\/p>\n

During the filming, cameras captured Mr Yii in his natural element, teaching and guiding students through music in the classroom. The session offered a glimpse into his approach as both an educator and composer, where technical knowledge meets artistic expression.<\/p>\n

Students also witnessed the behind the scenes experience of a real television production while observing how their lecturer\u2019s journey in music has gained recognition beyond the campus.<\/p>\n

For SEGi students, it was more than just a class. It was a moment of pride to see their lecturer recognised nationally while continuing to inspire the next generation of musicians.<\/p>\n

Moments like this reflect how learning at SEGi connects students with real stories, real talent, and real impact beyond the classroom.<\/p>\n
