DESCRIPTION:Early childhood educators need CPD. SEGi is the first firm in the nation to provide the 10-module HEI School Teacher diploma because we value CPD and partnered with HEI Schools Finland. This ECCE CPD package is versatile and economical for busy professionals. \nCPD helps early childhood educators stay current on best practises. Because ECCE is constantly developing\, teachers must keep up with the latest research and best practises. CPD helps teachers learn new teaching methods\, evaluation tools\, and curriculum adjustments to give kids the greatest education. The HEI School Teacher Certificate incorporates the latest pedagogical and early childhood education research. \nChild development\, play-based learning\, project-based learning\, and teacher function are research-based curriculum topics. The programme helps teachers use evidence-based practises with young children. \nCPD improves teaching. CPD covers classroom management\, curriculum planning\, and parent communication.
