Our degree students from the Community Service (MPU3422) class participated in volunteering activities at Zoo Negara, Kuala Lumpur with the objective to increase their responsibility in community-based activities and to gain volunteering exposure. The students were assigned the task of cleaning selected animals’ enclosures within the zoo under the supervision of the zookeepers. This experience has taught them about being responsible to involve in volunteering activities and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the zoo animals.
