SEGi in collaboration with Jubilant Wealth Management, recently hosted From Campus to Career<\/em>\u2014a transformative industry engagement event held on 20 May 2025 at Jubilant\u2019s creatively themed Beach office. Designed to bridge the gap between education and employment, the session offered students an immersive experience filled with career-building tools, mentorship, and real-world opportunities in the wealth management sector. It was more than just a workshop\u2014it was a bold step towards career empowerment and future readiness.<\/p>\n

Students were guided through a series of interactive sessions led by Jubilant professionals, gaining valuable insights into interview strategies, CV development, workplace culture, and professional etiquette. These skills, often overlooked in traditional education, are vital in a competitive job market where nearly 40% of employers report that graduates lack workplace readiness. By translating theory into action, the event ensured students walked away with tangible strategies to launch their careers with confidence.<\/p>\n

A key highlight was the mindset-shifting conversations with industry leaders who shared honest stories about their own career journeys\u2014stories that underscored the importance of adaptability, resilience, and lifelong learning.
