They emphasised the importance of self-care, community support, and seeking professional help when needed, empowering attendees with tools to foster mental resilience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"query-text-line ng-star-inserted\">The success of &#8220;Seeds of Strength&#8221; is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the DECE students, who spent over two months meticulously planning and organizing the event. Their efforts created an enriching and informative experience for all participants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"query-text-line ng-star-inserted\">By hosting this event, SEGi College demonstrated its commitment to promoting awareness and understanding of mental health in early childhood.
