Lilyanna Anak Moses is a remarkable individual whose dedication and enthusiasm have marked her journey from student life to a flourishing career in the aviation industry. Known for her active participation in class and outdoor activities, Lilyanna excelled academically while at SEGi College Sarawak, where she graduated with a Diploma in Tourism Management in 2020. Her vibrant spirit extended beyond academics; she was also a talented cultural dancer, engaging actively in various college events and showcasing her cultural heritage.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After completing her diploma, Lilyanna began her professional journey as a Guest Service Assistant with Ground Team Red (GTR) at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1. In this role, she was responsible for serving flights of prominent foreign carriers such as Emirates, IndiGo, Himalaya Airlines, and Lanmei Airlines. Her exceptional service and dedication to her role did not go unnoticed, quickly earning her a reputation for professionalism and excellent customer service skills.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
