On the 23 September 2023, the Rotaract Club of SEGi organised a remarkable hiking expedition near the Sri Maha Mariamman Temple in Matang, Kuching Sarawak. With an impressive participation of 27 members, this adventure proved to be a perfect blend of appreciating nature, fostering a healthy lifestyle, and building stronger bonds among the club members.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The chosen venue, Sri Maha Mariamman Temple Matang, provided a picturesque backdrop for this invigorating hiking escapade. Situated away from the hustle and bustle of city life, the temple grounds offered a serene setting, allowing participants to disconnect from urban noise and immerse themselves in the wonders of nature.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As the group embarked on their expedition at 8am, they were greeted by a lush landscape teeming with diverse flora and fauna. The captivating beauty of the surroundings evoked awe and appreciation for the rich biodiversity of the region. Participants were enthralled by the variety of plant species, marvelling at their vibrant colours and intricate designs, showcasing Mother Nature’s artistry.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
