The three-day mega international conference and exhibition on Industry 4.0 ended with a bang on 16 October 2019 with an inspiring closing remark by Ms. Hew Moi Lan, Executive Director\/CEO of SEG International Bhd.<\/span><\/p>\n

After it was launched by our beloved Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad (who also tweeted about it!), the conference was also graced by several national leaders such as Minister of Primary Industries, Puan Teresa Kok; Minister of Entrepreneur Development, Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Yusof; Deputy Minister of Works, Tuan Haji Mohd Anuar Mohd Tahir; and Deputy Minister of Health, Dr. Lee Boon Chye over the last two days.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was attended by over 1,000 participants made up of prominent industry players and academia as well as top local and international speakers. <\/span>Organised with the aim of providing a platform for industry players and professionals to exchange ideas on IR 4.0 challenges and strategies, the conference was also in line with our Prime Minister\u2019s goal of driving Malaysia towards becoming the Industry 4.0 hub in Southeast Asia.<\/span><\/p>\n
