This event was organized to appreciate the long-standing partnership between the UoG and all its partners university. The Global Greenwich Summer School is exclusively available to Greenwich\u2019s international partners.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Global Greenwich Summer\u00a0School was a nine-day programme that took place from 30\u00a0July to 7 August 202\u00a0at the University of Greenwich London\u00a0campus. Two students from SEGi Group of Colleges were shortlisted to join the summer camp, one from SEGi College Penang and the other from SEGi College Sarawak. Ivy Lim, a student of SEGi College Penang pursuing the BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance in the School of Business and Accounting, was selected.<\/p>\n<p>The Summer School aims to provide students from partner universities with the opportunity to gain an international experience of living and studying abroad for a short period. The focus of the summer school was to enhance the students\u2019 soft skills and increase their cultural awareness and competence. The camp also includes a range of exciting trips out in the city of London.<\/p>\n<p>This inaugural camp was a great success, and the students had a thrilling time exploring the city and experiencing English culture. The value of the Summer School clearly transcends each student\u2019s nine-day experience. \u201cI had a wonderful experience here in the University of Greenwich\u2019s campus. I met a lot of UoG students from across the globe and it was very rewarding to have been able to experience our cultural exchange.
