Students from the Diploma in Early Childhood Education programme at SEGi College Penang recently embarked on an educational visit to LEADERland Southbay, Penang<\/strong>, where they gained valuable insights into modern preschool education and holistic child development.<\/p>\n

The visit provided students with first-hand exposure to the importance of children’s nutrition and healthy menu planning in supporting early childhood growth and well-being. Through interactive sharing sessions, students learned how balanced nutrition contributes to children’s physical, cognitive, and emotional development.<\/p>\n

In addition to nutrition, students were introduced to innovative teaching approaches adopted by LEADERland, including the integration of digital learning tools<\/strong> to create engaging and effective classroom experiences. The session highlighted how technology can enhance teaching and learning while supporting the developmental needs of young children.<\/p>\n

The educational visit enabled students to connect classroom theories with real-world practices, giving them a deeper understanding of the knowledge, skills, and creativity required to become effective early childhood educators.<\/p>\n
