A concern for parents and students alike is the possibility of getting a job upon graduation, however employers in today\u2019s labour market rely heavily on resumes that illustrate a relevant work history, whether from internships, volunteer work, or actual job experience.<\/p>\n<p>Working as an intern is arguably the most advantageous plan of action. Internships are the perfect way to enhance your resume through relevant experiences. An internship enables you to gain first-hand exposure of working in the real world. The experiences we go through are what shapes us because internship will not only encourage personal development, but also a greater understanding of self.<\/p>\n<p>This year students who are undergoing internship for their final-year course requirements face some challenges to secure an internship placement due to COVID-19 pandemic. SEGi College Penang strive to help students by creating a valuable link to a graduate job and help them develop the skills employers want through internship.
